David, based in Houston, Texas, brings a distinguished academic background to his projects, holding dual degrees in finance and accounting, complemented by an MBA that reflects his dedication to advanced business and financial expertise. In addition to his primary professional responsibilities, David serves in an advisory capacity as an external principal financial reporting consultant for BAFR Group. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on the preparation, review, and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GAAP, IFRS, and SEC requirements. His expertise includes technical accounting, complex financial disclosures, audit process support, and advising on the implementation of financial reporting systems. This project-based advisory role enhances his broader professional pursuits, focusing on delivering accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting solutions.

Kay devoted 30 years to BellSouth Corporation and AT&T Inc., advancing through key roles in accounting, documentation, and corporate records management. Her work showcased her expertise in streamlining organizational operations, ensuring compliance, and leading teams to achieve superior outcomes.

In recent time of her distinguished career, Kay spent six years in the oil distribution industry, where she continued to apply her operational and leadership acumen. She played a pivotal role in optimizing processes, maintaining regulatory standards, and driving operational efficiency in a complex and dynamic sector.
